Infinite
Campus is completely Web-based, so parents and students easily access
grades, attendance, assignments and scheduling information through the
Campus Portal.
According
to LaRenda Sommers, Ririe Registrar, “Before Infinite Campus, parents
would call about their student’s grades and attendance information. Now
with the Campus Portal, parents have access to this information in real
time. It makes my job a lot easier.”
Parents and students can also access information on-the-go with the
Campus Mobile Portal. This intuitive and user-friendly app can be
downloaded from any Apple® iOS or Android® device. Users can enable
‘push notifications’ that automatically send alerts for grade,
assignment and attendance changes.
Infinite Campus University
Infinite
Campus University (ICU) plays an important role in Ririe’s ongoing
training for staff professional development. Authorized members can sign
up for lunch and learn sessions, one-on-one training, webinars and
more.
Included in an ICU subscription:
- Core Course Webinars – Explore a variety of features including: Data Analysis, Scheduling, Posting of Grades and more.
- One-on-One Training – Receive personal training that is customizable.
- Fast Track to Training – Calls are immediately directed to a trainer as high priority and given personalized attention.

phone and online support options are always available with Infinite
Campus. With a 97 percent support satisfaction rating, calls are
answered by a support team member within three rings.
An extensive online support option, the Campus Community, is available
24/7. Users can find comprehensive product information in the Campus
Knowledge Base and interact with others in the Campus User Forums to
find solutions to common problems.

Flexible Reporting
Authorized
staff use the ad hoc reporting tools to create and share custom reports
and package their results in a variety of formats. A wizard-style query
interface and report editor help users find patterns within the data to
make informed decisions and communicate effectively.
Ririe saves huge amounts of time with Campus Ad Hoc Reporting. Sommers
explained, “Previously, I had to call the vendor, give them my criteria,
and then wait to receive the report. With Infinite Campus, I can make
customized reports myself.”
