If I need more details or support it is not a chore to get some escalation to a specialized area such as Custom Dev or Data Services. Or get some help in process management. The Case Management GUI is intuitive and can get me to the right area quickly. Let me add in here that you have some outstanding back end and GUI support peeps such as Wayne Hess, Mary K. Wright and Denae O'Hara. They are always friendly and their ability to communicate and break down processes and provide solutions are first rate.

I have recommended Infinite Campus to several districts in the past and some of them have come on board. Infinite Campus is a fantastic and robust product. There is a learning curve as with any other product, but you have the support that is just a phone call away. I have talked to other venders and always tell them that I need information on certain things pulled and sorted in a certain way, and most of the vendors say that theirs can't do it. I then tell them that they are wasting their time talking to me. I have recommended to the State of Oklahoma that they should purchase the State Edition and that this would take care of a lot of the functions that school district has to do such as the WAVE.
