Sub-Processor List

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

Infinite Campus, Inc. ("Infinite Campus") uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers, known as sub-processors, to help deliver and support its products and services (the "Services"). A sub-processor is a third party that may process customer data on behalf of Infinite Campus in the course of providing the Services.

This page identifies the sub-processors that may process customer data in connection with the Services. Whether a particular sub-processor processes a given customer's data depends on the products, configuration, and support arrangements applicable to that customer. The sub-processors named below are those that could process customer data on Infinite Campus's behalf; not every sub-processor is involved with every customer. Infinite Campus maintains this page as its authoritative, current list of sub-processors.

Infinite Campus and its sub-processors process and store customer data within the contiguous United States. Infinite Campus does not transfer customer data to sub-processors or facilities located outside the contiguous United States in the course of providing the Services.

How Infinite Campus Selects and Governs Sub-Processors

Before engaging any sub-processor, Infinite Campus evaluates the provider's privacy, security, and confidentiality practices to confirm they meet our standards. Infinite Campus then enters into a written agreement that binds each sub-processor to data protection obligations at least as protective as the commitments in our customer agreements, and consistent with applicable student data privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Infinite Campus remains responsible to its customers for the performance of the Services, including the portions performed by its sub-processors.

How Infinite Campus Notifies You of Changes

Infinite Campus may add, remove, or replace sub-processors from time to time as its Services evolve. This page is the authoritative source for the current list, and the "Last Updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.

Because changes are published here first, customers can stay informed by checking this page. This page is updated whenever the sub-processor list changes, and the "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Customers who wish to monitor changes automatically may use a third-party web-page monitoring tool to watch this page.

A dated record of changes to this list is maintained in the Change Log at the bottom of this page.

Objecting to a New Sub-Processor

Infinite Campus will provide notice through this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data. A customer may object to a new sub-processor, on reasonable grounds relating to data protection, by submitting a written objection to Infinite Campus within thirty (30) days after the page is updated.

Because the Services are delivered through a single, common architecture, Infinite Campus does not offer, and cannot support, a different set of sub-processors for individual customers. If a customer raises a timely, reasonable objection that the parties are unable to resolve, the customer's sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate the affected Services by written notice. If a customer does not object within the thirty (30) day period, the new sub-processor is deemed accepted.

Where a customer's signed agreement or data processing addendum specifies a different notice period, objection process, or remedy, that agreement controls.
