State reporting in Infinite Campus is significantly more user-friendly than our previous student information systems. As we know, things can change rapidly, and having Infinite Campus gives us peace of mind knowing that they respond quickly to these changes…all while being extremely supportive and helpful.
Our implementation process went smoothly. We had a tight timeline, and our implementation specialist was instrumental in helping us meet our deadlines. We had regular meetings scheduled, but they were also readily available to assist us whenever we needed help between those meetings. The training schedule provided was thorough and covered all necessary topics. Overall, the experience of transitioning to Infinite Campus was huge success.
Infinite Campus has everything in one place. We were able to eliminate so many third-party systems. Our administrators, teachers, parents, and students can now log into ONE system and everything is right there. Infinite Campus will save your district time and streamline many of your processes.

The Campus support team is amazing. They are very helpful and respond quickly. It doesn’t matter if you are submitting a ticket or calling them on the phone, they are dedicated to making sure your questions are answered.
You will always know who your client success manager is. They are available to assist you with anything you need or any uncertainties you have regarding Infinite Campus. With our previous SIS, we met six different service account managers in just eight months. We never knew who managed our account because they did not communicate with us.
I would recommend Infinite Campus because it is user friendly and very intuitive. Everything is in one system, which streamlines processes and makes daily tasks more efficient. Lastly, updates do not break the system, they are completely seamless!
We used our previous SIS for 20 years and change is hard…but the change is worth it. Overall, our teachers are happier with Infinite Campus, parents talk about how much easier it is to see their students’ progress in the portal and mobile app, and administrators like the ease to view student data. It was a great change for us.
