Campus Support is easy to contact via website or phone, always professional and helpful. Campus is a very rich application, and extremely configurable. As a data person, I also appreciate a well-designed, optimized database. The service is excellent.

For those emergency help issues, extra tricky questions and in depth help needs you can use phone support or put in a ticket. Support is always friendly and will respond in a very timely manner. The customer service is top notch with Infinite Campus. I would recommend Infinite Campus to other districts because they offer a product that is reliable, has a variety of services and continues to push the envelope and bring new products and services to keep pace with the forever changing education landscape.

Infinite Campus has enabled our district to manage our data in a very organized way. Infinite Campus appears to me to have all the tools and features to assist in nearly every aspect of organizing data information in this field. I find the Ad hoc Filter Designer (data retrieval) to be extremely helpful as well as the ability to add custom tabs for our special needs situation.
