Stacy ScottIt is very helpful to have database access. Being able to use SQL has been a time saver and has helped us make informed decisions. The Kansas Campus users are a tight group, and we are able to work together to get answers and suggestions that may not be available by going to Campus Community or in the forums. We often are able to figure out issues between ourselves without having to contact support. If we can't find an answer, we can determine if it's something that is affecting other districts or just us so when we do submit a ticket, we have more information available.
