Infinite Campus Selected as Finalist for 2025 HDI Best Service and Support Organization Award

Infinite Campus is a finalist for the 2025 HDI Award for Best Service and Support Organization, recognizing its ongoing excellence in customer support. Support Advisor Megan Schroeder-Tschida is also a finalist for Best Service and Support Analyst.

April 09, 2025 – Blaine, MN

HDI, the first membership association and certification body created for the technical support industry, announced that Infinite Campus has been named a 2025 HDI Awards finalist in the Best Service and Support Organization category.

Infinite Campus previously won several awards from HDI, including Best Service and Support Culture in 2024, and the HDI Team Excellence award and the Best Service and Support Culture award in 2019. The Campus Support team was a finalist in 2023 for Best Service and Support Organization.

In addition to the team award, Support Advisor Megan Schroeder-Tschida is an individual category nominee, Best Service and Support Analyst. Schroeder-Tschida won Minnesota Support Analyst of the Year at the Minnesota HDI Awards Ceremony in January 2025.

Each year, submissions go through a thorough assessment process led by panels comprised of service and support industry experts. The group is tasked with selecting the industry’s top team, manager, analyst, customer experience, improvement initiative, and more.

Winners will be announced and honored at HDI’s SupportWorld Live in Las Vegas on May 21, 2025.
