Answers to commonly asked questions about Kentucky Interchange.

  • Wed. - (1-3:30PM) Pre-Interchange Curriculum Event ($49): No meals are included.

  • Thur.-Fri. - Kentucky Interchange ($399): Breakfast and lunch on Thursday, social event Thursday night, and breakfast on Friday.

  • Wed. - (1-3:30PM) Pre-Interchange Curriculum Event ($49): Admission to event.

  • Thur.-Fri. - Kentucky Interchange ($399): Admission to each day, December 8 (virtual event), meals, refreshments, and social event.

Open Wi-Fi is available so please bring your own device to follow along in sessions.

Kentucky Interchange is eligible for Effective Instructional Leadership Act (EILA) credit. This will be emailed to you post event.  

The Omni has onsite Valet Parking: $45+tax. Additional off-site parking is available directly behind the hotel and can be accessed from 3rd Street.

Yes! Drop your bag and grab a tag! Omni personnel will assist with your luggage in “Crescent Hill” as you attend sessions both Thursday and Friday.

If you are tax exempt please complete this form for the Omni.

Please email Interchange@infinitecampus.com if you are in need of a sign-language interpreter. An interpreter will be provided upon request.

You and your device if needed! A notebook and pen will be provided.

The conference maintains a casual atmosphere. Attire such as t-shirts and jeans is acceptable, but please dress in a manner that allows you to feel comfortable and confident.

You must fill out the Cancellation form prior to November 9 to receive a full refund or provide a substitute attendee if applicable.

Please check the box at the bottom of the registration form indicating you require an invoice prior to issuing a PO or email Interchange@infinitecampus.com.

We will not be livestreaming this event; however, we will have a virtual event on December 8th!
