greater classroom flexibility

Seating Charts redesigned

The Seating Chart tool was fully redesigned at the end of the 2025-26 school year and is now available to all districts. This update gives teachers and district staff more flexibility to create classroom layouts that better reflect both traditional and non-traditional seating arrangements.

Changes include:

  • More flexible seat placement for larger and non-traditional classroom layouts

  • Enhanced keyboard navigation for improved accessibility

  • The ability to copy seating charts between sections and school years

This redesign makes it easier to create, manage, and reuse classroom seating arrangements while supporting a wider variety of learning environments.
