When can my district purchase a Campus Passport subscription?
Districts can purchase a subscription at any time to prepare for the July 1, 2020, launch and will not be billed until July 1, 2020.
My district currently subscribes to the Infinite Campus University (ICU), what will happen to my ICU subscription?
There is no action needed on your part. Your district will automatically be enrolled in Campus Passport going forward as ICU will no longer be available.
My district currently subscribes to ICU, what will the cost be for Campus Passport?
The price will remain the same for Campus Passport. If you are not a current subscription holder and would like to purchase Campus Passport, contact email@example.com for pricing.
My district currently utilizes the ICU training phone line, will this still be an option?
The training phone service will be ending on June 30, 2020. Authorized support contacts at the district will still be able to reach out to our award-winning Support team at Infinite Campus with product questions.
How do I know if I am an authorized support contact at my district?
You are an authorized support contact if you currently have the ability to view and manage cases in the Campus Community.
What is the process for getting the On-demand Learning Plans built for our staff?
The length of the Learning Plan is good. I was impressed that I had time to complete it without being interrupted by my busy life.
