Freeman Academy, South Dakota, Selects Infinite Campus
June 9, 2018 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus was selected by Freeman Academy as its new student information system (SIS) for better functionality, improved customer service, and the opportunity to save staff resources.
“We believe it is a better system than what we are currently using and customer service will be a big improvement,” said Nathan Epp, Head of School. The South Dakota Department of Education (SD DOE) has been a statewide Infinite Campus customer since 2002 with district adoption of Infinite Campus District Edition (ICDE) being voluntary. All districts using ICDE eliminate the need to submit traditional state reporting as data from ICDE is available to the DOE in real time. “Another reason we chose Infinite Campus is because we do reporting for the SD DOE, and this system makes it more efficient.”
Since Infinite Campus is an integrated, web-based system, it streamlines administrative tasks and reduces errors. “We hope the improved customer service and more user friendly platform will conserve staff resources and time,” said Epp.

The district will go live in July 2018.
