Mequon-Thiensville School District, Wisconsin, Selects Infinite Campus
September 27, 2016 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus was selected by Mequon-Thiensville School District (MTSD) as its new student information system (SIS) to reduce dependency on third-party vendors and streamline administrative tasks. The district switched from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus to gain a customizable, integrated and locally supported solution.
“Our legacy SIS lacked the customization options we needed, and it was difficult to ensure proper data flow between the third-party systems,” said Jeridon Clark, the district’s Director of Information and Technology. “Additionally, we wanted an integrated solution so non-teachers could see student information and grades without having to login to different systems.”
MTSD reviewed more than 10 SIS vendors, and selected Infinite Campus after watching demos and trying the product in live test sites. The district went live in July and worked with Wisconsin Regional Computer Centers (WiRCC) to train staff members and implement the system. WiRCC is a regional partner with Infinite Campus for Wisconsin customers.
“We are pleased with how successful implementation was. It was well planned and executed, and we appreciated the constant contact with WiRCC,” Clark said.
