Our development organization consists of over 250 software professionals with a large background in computer science and in many cases, a K12 background. Several former teachers, administrators, and school technology team members help drive our development.
By design, we’re comprised of many autonomous, 5-person development teams. Why is this important? Because our structure ensures innovation and the continuous delivery of new tools for the changing demands in K12 education, particularly during these unprecedented times. We deliver releases every four weeks, and we didn’t miss a beat when the pandemic hit. Our releases have continued to go out like clockwork. Moreover, the content of each release did not slip at all; in fact, we delivered 36% more enhancements in 2020 than we did in 2019. These enhancements ranged from simple usability improvements to entirely new functionality like the School Store and Blended Learning Scheduling.
Infinite Campus is not a publicly traded company, nor are we backed by venture capitalists. We have no investors looking for profit on a quarterly basis. We are an employee- owned company solely driven by our mission of Transforming K12 Education®. This mission resonates with every employee. Our teams choose to work at Infinite Campus because they enjoy each other, they believe in our mission, and they get personal value in helping to make a meaningful change in education. This is the passion that drives our organization, and because of this passion, our customers are very committed to Infinite Campus.
