You'll need to contact your school for almost any issue you have with your account, username or password. You cannot reset your password through our Mobile Apps. Below are some details for your information.
Contact your school to have your password reset.
You can reset your password in the Web Portal, but not yet in our Mobile App. If you go to your Web Portal, click "Forgot your password" or "Forgot your username?". If you don't see the "Forgot your password?" and "Forgot your username?" options your district has not turned this feature on.
Do you have your own account or are you using one of your children's accounts to login? You should have your own account.
If you have your own account, your relationship to each of your children then needs to have the Portal flag set giving you permission to view them in the Mobile App. Your school can fix this problem if you think you have it.
