If you are unable to find help within the Campus Community our support portal is available to access 24/7. The portal takes collaboration to the next level by giving your in-district authorized support contacts the ability to find answers, submit new requests, communicate with Support and manage your past cases.
Some questions and issues are better discussed over the phone. Campus Support recommends submitting the case details into the support case portal before calling to expedite your request/issue. Our phone system will allow you to enter your case number and will route you to the Campus Support Advisor that is assigned to your case or to the next available advisor.
