Infinite Campus Announces Staff Evaluations

Mar. 4, 2014 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus announces the general availability of Campus Staff Evaluations. The power of Infinite Campus is extended through optional Premium Product offerings that eliminate duplicate data entry, facilitate communication and realize efficiencies.

Campus Staff Evaluations expands the capacity of Infinite Campus District Edition customers by providing additional tools for staff performance evaluations. West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District (WW-P) located in West Windsor, New Jersey provided beta testing for Staff Evaluations and is currently live on the product. WW-P staff have found it simple to use, efficient and flexible.

Staff Evaluations has eliminated paper copies and the extra meetings that were previously required to complete evaluations. It has standardized the review process so that everyone has the same experience by creating an easy way to gather summary information about staff ratings,” says Rick Cave, WW-P Director of Technology. “It is also powerful enough to handle our large staff size of 1,200.”

Staff Evaluations gives districts an administrative tool for setting up standards, ratings and evaluation templates when creating evaluations and observations. It also gives them the opportunity to present completed evaluations to staff and managers, while keeping historical records. Copy, upload and download features allow for easy updating and creation of evaluations from year-to-year.
