Infinite Campus Named a Top Workplace in Minnesota

June 23, 2011 – Blaine, Minn. – Infinite Campus, Inc. has been named one of the Star Tribune Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota. The rankings are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota, based on employee opinions about company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.

Infinite Campus is the largest American-owned student information system with a national customer retention rate of 99 percent. Its applications manage more than 4.5 million students in 43 states, including school districts, regional consortia, state departments of education and the federal government.

Infinite Campus was founded in 1993 by Charlie Kratsch, who continues to provide the leadership as CEO. With continued growth from the local to the national level, Infinite Campus now has more than 280 employees.

“I am pleased our company has received the distinction of being in the Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota,” said Kratsch. “We have been able to attract quality talent from around the country to build a product that supports schools in transforming K12 education.”

To help hire and retain the best talent, Infinite Campus built a new corporate headquarters in Blaine, surrounded by an eco-friendly environment. It supports students in-need with scholarships, backpack and school supply drives, and tutoring opportunities. Infinite Campus fosters a mission-driven culture where employees find a career – not just a paycheck. One survey respondent said, “The Infinite Campus culture is something rare and different. Most people are here because of their passion about education and making a difference.”
