Mike joined Infinite Campus in 2003 and serves as Chief Customer Officer. As Chief Customer Officer, Mike is responsible for managing the customer-facing departments within Infinite Campus to ensure that strategy and deliverables result in a consistent, positive customer experience. Under his leadership, Infinite Campus won the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Team Excellence Award. This prestigious award recognized Infinite Campus for achieving the highest standards of excellence in customer support and service delivery.
The Customer Relations team shares a common goal: delivering a superior customer experience. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Geography, additional emphasis in
Micro-Computer Studies and Social Studies Education from St. Cloud State
