Registration opens Dec. 5 at 7:30 AM on the second floor. Grab your badge and mini booklet before making a plate and settling into Olmsted for breakfast and the 8:30 AM keynote…delivered by Charlie Kratsch, Infinite Campus Founder and CEO.

Bag Drop (New)

Don’t drag a bag all day! Past surveys prompted us to contract with the Omni for luggage check services. Butchertown will be staffed by hotel personnel during these times:

Thursday, December 5:

• 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Drop off
• 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Room is LOCKED & UNATTENDED. You can NOT retrieve your bag until 3:30 PM.
• 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Pick up

Friday, December 6:

• 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Drop off & pick up

Past surveys requested tracks for key roles and sessions for beginner and advanced users. With 7 tracks and 100 sessions, there’s more to explore in ’24.

Lunch Fun

Watch for an opportunity to play trivia at the end of Session 2. The winter-themed quiz winners will be announced during lunch.

Lunch Crunch

We’re nearly at capacity in Olmsted! Please plan on all chairs being occupied and put personal items under your ta­ble. Alternate lunch spaces include high top tables outside of Olmsted and the round tables inside Commonwealth 4.

Winter Walk

Learn about products and services offered by Infinite Campus and our valued Channel Partners: Custom Computer Specialists, Computer Information Concepts, and K-12 Solutions Group. Collect all 4 stamps along the WINTER WALK for your YETI COOLER CARD (in your mini booklet) and drop your completed card in the YETI before 4:00 PM Thursday for a chance to win.

Second Floor Social

Join your peers from 4:30 to 6:00 PM for appetizers and drinks in the common areas outside of Olmsted. Drink tickets are in your mini booklet. PRIZE TIME: Cards will be drawn for the YETI and other prizes at 5:30 PM. Must be present to win.
