The mission of Infinite Campus Support is to provide our valued customers with a centralized point of contact for responsive and personalized solutions and advice. We are committed to “Doing the Right Thing” through teamwork and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. We are proud to report that our average customer satisfaction rating is 95%.
Campus Support utilizes both an online portal (Campus Community) and phone support to assist our customers.
Campus Community
This website provides 24x7 access to the following:
- Campus Knowledge Base for product information and step-by-step instructions.
- Campus Forums to promote discussion amongst Campus customers by areas of interest including system administration, product modules and state reporting.
- Learning tools such as self-paced tutorials and videos.
- Surveys for sharing opinions and ideas.
- Events calendar for viewing customer and Infinite Campus events in your area.
- News and relevant stories to public K12 education.
- Support case management access (available for personnel with support access). Staffed by Campus Support 6:00 am – 6:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Phone Support (for designated personnel with support access)
- Staffed by Campus Support 6:00 am – 6:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- 24x7 support is available for Hosted customers experiencing an application outage.
Infinite Campus Support is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
