Interchange Cancellation Policy*
Attendees may cancel without penalty by 3 p.m. CDT on Thursday, November 10, 2011. Cancellations received by this specified date and time will receive a full refund within 30 days of the conclusion of the event.

Confirmed registrants who do not attend and/or do not cancel prior to the time and date specified above will be charged the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

If you are unable to attend the event you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to make a substitution, please notify us at the email address below by 3 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Failure to provide advance notice of a substitution may result in charges for both registrations.
