Transactional data can be extracted at any time and used to populate the state's data warehouse for:

Federal Reporting
The system collects data from all districts within the state or region to help compile the state’s NCLB report card as well as assembling data for other federal reports such as EDEN. Districts using Infinite Campus are no longer required to provide data for state reporting, since the state has that information available in real time. Districts not using the Infinite Campus District Edition will need to transfer state required data via SIF or in the state’s preferred extract transform and load tools (ETL).

Web-Based Reporting
Standard and ad hoc reports can be generated by authorized users using web-based reporting tools. Included verification reports assist in pinpointing data parity against previously pulled data.

Analysis
Included analysis tools let authorized staff explore and analyze data independently.

Data Warehouse Export
Transactional data from the system can be exported to support the state's longitudinal data system efforts or as a snapshot for static reporting and analysis.
