Statewide Data Collection
The Infinite Campus® statewide data collection system provides a dependable way to aggregate data from districts using Infinite Campus District Edition or legacy systems. The Infinite Campus State Edition is a proven state department of education tool which includes unique student ID assignment, student locator, enrollment overlap and district-to-district student data transfer functionality.

Statewide Data Collection
Infinite Campus provides the vertical integration and ability for districts within the state to report using Infinite Campus District Edition, legacy systems or no SIS at all.

Vertical Interoperability
Districts can choose to use the Infinite Campus District Edition which includes a district-level Zone Integration Server (ZIS) to communicate with the state in real time, eliminating traditional state reporting.

Embedded State Reporting
Small districts can manage data including demographics, enrollment, assessments, behavior, immunization, and graduation using an embedded web-based access to the state system. No other software is required.

Legacy SIS Support
Districts using legacy SIS products can import state reported data into the the state system.

Real-Time Student Tracking
Data is kept in a transactional database to provide unique student IDs, manage enrollment overlaps and transfer data.

Unique Student IDs
Student IDs are generated individually or in batches by the state system. This process is seamless for districts using the Infinite Campus District Edition.

Enrollment Overlap
Enrollments are tracked in real time which detects overlapping records so they can be corrected as they occur, as opposed to at the end of the year. States can configure to meet their needs.

Student Data Transfers
Electronic student data record transfer is offered to districts within the state using the Infinite Campus District Edition. National student data transfers are also available through the Campus National Records Exchange managed by Infinite Campus.

Operational Data Store
The state system contains an operational data store of transactional data to make analysis and reporting easier.

Web-based Reporting
Standard and ad hoc reports can be generated by authorized users using web-based reporting tools. Included verification reports assist in pinpointing data parity against previously pulled data.

Analysis
Included visualization tools let authorized staff explore and analyze data independently.

Data Warehouse Export
Transactional data from the system can be exported to support the state’s longitudinal data system efforts or as a snapshot for static reporting and analysis.
