Interchange Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel up to 72 hours before the event without penalty. Cancellations made 72 hours before Day One of the event will receive a full refund within 30 days of the conclusion of the event. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel will be charged for the entire registration fee. Please note that non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Each instance of cancellation notice given less than 72 hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To cancel, please contact Brooke Boeser at interchange@infinitecampus.com or at 763-795-3828.
