Infinite Campus believes strongly that high quality, role-based training is critical to the success of any software implementation and Infinite Campus is no exception. As a part of implementation planning, Infinite Campus works with the core team to define the roles of their staff. Identified roles will determine courses that align to the job responsibilities of district staff. Train-the-Trainer We believe the train-the-trainer model works well for large implementations. District level staff trained using this model will become proficient using Campus and delivery of the curriculum provided by Infinite Campus. District trainers will be certified in Product Knowledge 1 and Teaching Campus prior to training users in their district. Training Approach and Location With the exception of teacher training we believe classes of 15 to 20 seats are the most effective for our hands-on training approach. We prefer training be done at the customer's site to provide the most flexibility. In addition, where possible, we prefer to offer alternating days of training for each group to ensure targeted class members have every chance possible to attend the class(es) they need by working around schedule conflicts.
