Campus Certifications enable K12 educators to target specific areas within Infinite Campus to distinguish themselves by demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise. The following Campus Certifications are available. If you would like to find out more, contact your Campus Account Manager or select a certification available in the current Campus University catalog. Support Certification This certification will certify an attendee on the policy and procedures of providing Campus Support, writing support tickets, common support questions and answers, troubleshooting and issue testing. Scheduling Certification This 36-hour certification is designed to teach district support staff the processes involved in building a master schedule within Campus. This certification provides a brief introduction to scheduling theory with content designed to enable hands on building of the Campus Schedule Wizard.
The prerequisite for Scheduling Certification is the successful completion of Product Knowledge 1. Product Knowledge Level 1 is the initial certification course. This 36-hour course provides trainees with an introduction to the core modules of the product through an interactive group simulation of creating a new school. A follow-up assessment of learning is done via a personal project and an examination.
