Wisconsin Cooperative Education Service Agencies (CESA) 5 and 7 to Provide Infinite Campus Services and Support

April 27, 2006 Arden Hills, Minn., - Infinite Campus and the Wisconsin Cooperative Educational Service Agencies (CESA) 5 and 7 are pleased to announce a new partnership. CESA 5 and 7 will be certified Infinite Campus services and support providers effective July 1, 2006. These two regional agencies will provide support to 24 districts with over 90,000 students currently using Infinite Campus in Wisconsin.

“We are pleased that CESA 5 and 7 will be providing services and support for our Infinite Campus customers in their regions,” said Bob Sills, regional sales manager of Infinite Campus. “Their frontline training, support and implementation services will provide our customers with a first call for support and onsite training sessions so our Wisconsin customers can focus on their students and continue their excellent record of achievement.”

CESA 5 is located in Portage and manages districts in south central Wisconsin. They will provide services and support for all Infinite Campus customers in CESA 2, 3, 4 and 5.

“We are looking forward to this opportunity to provide our member schools with Infinite Campus services and support,” said Wayne Moll, director of Business Services, Cooperative Educational Service Agency 5. “We have seen growth in the number of schools in Wisconsin using Infinite Campus and feel a need to provide local support for this product.”

CESA 7 is located in Green Bay and manages districts in northeastern Wisconsin. They will provide services and support for all Infinite Campus customers in CESA 6, 7, 8 and 9.

“Because our two CESA’s will be certified on Infinite Campus we will be able to support our neighboring agencies,” said Ivan Scott, Regional Computer Center Director, Cooperative Educational Service Agency #7. “We will be able to support all Infinite Campus customers in Wisconsin using our current business relationships with these CESAs to provide districts with local service.”

The Infinite Campus certification for product knowledge, support and teaching is a three step process. The first step is an in-depth training on product knowledge, secondly training to provide front line support and finally sessions on teaching Infinite Campus. At the end of each session, the attendees are tested to ensure their understanding of the training and are then awarded certification upon successful completion of the coursework.

The agreement was effective April 17, 2006.
