Silver Valley USD Selects Infinite Campus to Streamline Processes and Improve Parent Communication

March 12, 2009 – Blaine, MN – Silver Valley Unified School District announced that it has selected Infinite Campus® as its district-wide student information system (SIS).

Silver Valley USD wanted a web-based, centralized student management system that was intuitive and easy for all stakeholders to use. It wanted to reduce time managing the SIS, reduce complexity in entering and maintaining student data, and improve the accuracy of student data.

Silver Valley USD had been evaluating all SIS available in California for well over a year before deciding on Infinite Campus. They had a very thorough selection process.

“Infinite Campus met all our criteria,” said Jason Buchanan, Silver Valley USD Director of Technology Services. “It provides a complete solution for both data management and hosting. We don’t need to purchase or manage any other hardware or software. Anyone considering changing their SIS should strongly consider Infinite Campus."
