Moreno Valley USD Selects Infinite Campus for Student Data Management

March 18, 2008– Arden Hills, Minn. – Moreno Valley USD, in Southern California, has selected Infinite Campus as their district-wide student data management system. Serving a student body of more than 37,000 students, the Infinite Campus District Edition will give them the tools needed for real-time, data-driven decisions. Formerly using SASI, Moreno Valley was pleased to see a product that could meet their needs today and into the future.

“We need a centralized data management system that uses a single source data entry method to track student assessments, improve our state reporting process, and increase administrator and teacher productivity,” said Aaron Barnett, Moreno Valley’s Director of Information Systems. “After reviewing several different products, the committee overwhelming chose Infinite Campus. It is a well-designed, well thought-out product.”

There were several attributes that set Infinite Campus above the competition. One was the user-friendly interface, providing intuitive navigation for users of all levels.  “Also, we loved the Campus Scheduler,” said Aaron. “The electronic whiteboard and master schedule builder were far superior to what we have seen in other products.”

Infinite Campus is a fully integrated system streamlining educational processes and improving communication between the district, student, and parent. The Campus Portal provides secure, real-time access to district information, student assignments, grades, cafeteria, IEP’s, and attendance that can be accessed anywhere, at any time by parents and students.
