Infinite Campus Releases 2008.2 District Edition System

Dec. 14, 2007 – Arden Hills, Minn., – Infinite Campus, Inc. today announced the release of the Infinite Campus District Edition 2008.2 student data management system. The Infinite Campus District Edition is a comprehensive, web-based system which eliminates islands of information, streamlines student administration, and provides secure, real-time access to data.

The 2008.2 release includes an improved standards-based grading option; new, integrated communication tools for teachers and parents; and increased options for pre-built and ad hoc reports.

"This release gives Campus customers additional efficiencies in the classroom, supports our commitment to promoting stakeholder communication and community engagement, and provides more ways to leverage the data in the system to drive decision making," said Charlie Kratsch, founder and CEO of Infinite Campus. "Infinite Campus is dedicated to providing our customers with an evolving, quality product supporting our mission to Transform K12 Education™."

Highlights of the Infinite Campus District Edition 2008.2 mid-year release include:

• Automated tools so teachers can recommend future or repeat courses for individual students for the next academic year.
• Customized district-defined test score data views for the classroom.
• A teacher newsletter template to reduce lost backpack messages given to students with the ability to post to the Campus Portal, email and print.
• An intuitive household to do list view on the Campus Portal so parents, guardians, and students can track assignments and projects.
• Many new reports aligned with the changes made for standards-based grading.
• New features to streamline the creation of reports using Campus data through the Campus Ad Hoc Report Filter Designer.
