Infinite Campus Receives SIF 2.0 Certification from SIFA
April 8, 2008 – Arden Hills, Minn., – Infinite Campus, Inc. is pleased to announce that its 2009.1 release is a SIF 2.0 certified enabled application by the Schools Interoperability Framework Association (SIFA).
“This certification assures our customers that our product conforms to the SIF 2.0 specification,” stated David Frankson, Infinite Campus Director of Research and Development. “The Infinite Campus ZIS and agent now support communications in SIF 1.5 or 2.0 which will simplify performance, troubleshooting, monitoring and configuration at either level.”
Infinite Campus provides every customer, at no additional cost, a SIF agent and an embedded ZIS. Known as the Campus Data Integration Server (DIS), these free tools can be used to populate a district’s third-party SIF compliant applications or seamlessly communicate with regional and state data systems.
In March 2008, the Infinite Campus ZIS was the first to be nationally certified by the Schools Interoperability Framework Association (SIFA). The Infinite Campus ZIS is 2.0r1 certified by the organization.
Conformance information about both can be found at http://certification.sifinfo.org/newcert_prodlist.tpl.
