A certified professional project manager is assigned to every implementation project to guide you through the implementation process to ensure success. Our project managers are ready to help you manage this time of change. Our project managers will drive project planning, develop timelines, assign roles and responsibilities, create and implement a communication plan, and develop issue resolution guidelines.

Once the project begins, the project manager is dedicated to ensuring the successful completion of the project. This includes providing weekly status reports, distributing communications, organizing meetings as needed, managing the issue tracking log through resolution and working closely with the customer's project management team.
