Infinite Campus is perhaps the most complex and all-encompassing endeavor your educational community may ever select and implement. Infinite Campus is so feature rich that it cannot be adequately demonstrated in a single session. For this reason, Infinite Campus suggests the following approach to product demonstration.
First, carefully read the information on this Web site to get a basic idea of what our system can do. Some people have asked why we put so much information about our product online. Aren't we worried about competitors pirating ideas? Frankly, we are well into the development of our next generation of web-based technology. If a competitor needs to take ideas from this site to “catch up,” they've already lost.
Second, click on the Contact tab and complete the request for a sales contact. This will lead to an initial overview presentation of the actual system. In some cases, the initial overview presentation will be made by your local channel partner. In other cases, the initial overview presentation will be made by someone from Infinite Campus...either in person or via a online meeting. During this initial overview presentation the unique personality of Infinite Campus will become apparent. You will quickly see that we're committed to helping you transform the state of education.
After the initial overview presentation, one or more function-specific presentations may be needed. For example, you may want your schedulers to learn about the unique capabilities of the Campus Scheduler or you may want your special educators to understand the advantages of integrated individual education plans. Often, these function-specific presentations are conducted via a online meeting.
As the RFP process unfolds, one or more additional presentations may be required. With Infinite Campus, seeing is believing. When you compare the current version of Infinite Campus with our competitors current products (as opposed to future-tense promises or PowerPoint presentations), we're confident that you'll include us in your final selection process. |
