The Infinite Campus Channel Partner Program is a comprehensive technical and marketing program for partners with an educational focus and strong relationships with public K12 schools. The strategy of the Infinite Campus Partner Program is to identify and develop alliances with well-established and respected organizations within the K12 education information technology arena. Our customers benefit from this expertise at the local and regional levels for services and additional products to enhance their investment of Infinite Campus. It is the goal of Infinite Campus to establish a partner program across the entire United States. The Infinite Campus Channel Partner Program consists of several levels and types of arrangements including:
Strategic Partner A strategic partner has a territory of several states, includes a dedicated sales force and certified services organization staffed to provide implementation services in its territories. It is expected to provide account management to all districts in its territories. A strategic partner may provide 1st Tier Support in its territories and for other territories as negotiated. A strategic partner will staff a predefined “bench” of certified implementation staff including project managers, trainers, and data specialists, to be available for use by Infinite Campus and/or other partners.
Premier Partner A premier partner will typically have a territory of several states, includes a sales force and certified services organization staffed to provide implementation services in its territories. A premier partner is expected to provide account management to all districts in its territories. A premier partner may provide 1st Tier Support within its territories.
Alliance Partner An alliance partner will typically have a territory of one state. It will include a sales force and certified services organization staffed to provide implementation services in its territory. Additionally, an alliance partner is expected to provide account management to all districts within its territory. On a case-by-case basis, an alliance partner may be allowed to provide 1st Tier Support in its territory.
Services Partner A services partner has no sales force, per se, but rather a bench of Certified Campus resources to provide implementation services to new districts in any territory served by Infinite Campus or any other partner.
Sales Agent A sales agent has a sales force that is trained to sell Infinite Campus. They operate in any open territory and work any opportunity.
Referral Partner A referral partner has no dedicated Infinite Campus sales force, they simply pass leads along to Infinite Campus or other partners. If you are interested in becoming an Infinite Campus partner, please contact us and an Infinite Campus representative will contact you.
